CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN M/s. DMW GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED AND SUSBCRIBER

I hereby submit my application to become a SUBSCRIBER OF DMW GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED. This application and agreement shall come into effect on the date it is accepted by DMW GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, which may accept or refuse my application at its own discretion.

I hereby declare that I am a law-abiding citizen of India and am competent to enter into this agreement as per Section 10 of the Indian Contract Act 1872. I am making this application seeking to be appointed as a SUBSCRIBER of M/s DMW GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED out of free consent and without any compulsion, force, inducement, coercion, or influence. I am making this application after understanding all aspects of the business, its remuneration system, quality, and standard.

The term M/s. DMW GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED is hereinafter referred/mentioned as the Company.
The SUBSCRIBER, as Referral partners, agree to the below points:

• The payment is made by me to the company accounts only.
• Understand the business concepts before starting business.
• Understand the concepts of refer and earn.
• Select the package to subscribe.
• Update all profile details, including correct PAN card number and bank details with the correct IFSC code.
• Attend a minimum of 3 business opportunity presentations and 3 new subscriber orientation meetings.
• Offer prospective consumers accurate and complete explanations.
• Make only factual representations to a prospective customer.
• App download and registration are free.
• The refer and earn plan is applicable only for paid subscriptions.
• Premium content is available only for premium subscriptions.
• Any dispute, the company's decisions will be final and binding.
• Any legal dispute, the jurisdiction shall be Bengaluru only.
• No refund after subscription.
• There will be no relationship between the company and subscriber after the expiry of packages.
• Proof of address: In order to be eligible for the payment of incentives as described in the Compensation Plan, proof of address and a copy of PAN, Aadhaar. Failure to provide within 7 days of entering into this Agreement shall be deemed a breach, and M/s. DMW GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED may terminate the Agreement without notice.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: I state and agree that I have read and understood the contents of the above agreement and M/s. DMW GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED policy and procedure, and I agree to be bound by each of them and will comply with the same. By signing or clicking below, I acknowledge the receipt of my responsibilities. If I am found to be violating even one of the conditions and obligations set forth above, I shall be liable to bear penalties, termination of the agreement, and legal action by M/s. DMW GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED. I acknowledge that I am satisfied with all the aspects of M/s. DMW GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED and taking the subscription on my own will and accord.
